Place a few drops of our CBD gel on the palm of your hand. Rub vigorously, covering all parts of the hands with the product: palm, back, areas between the fingers, and nails. It is very important to apply it on the palm and rub between the fingers and under rings. It is better if you can also reach under the nails.
