For us the quality does not end with the packaging of our Cannabis extracts, and our relationship with the customer does not end at the moment of purchase.
Enecta offers a pre and post-sales service to make your experience easy, safe and conscious from every point of view. The customer's experiences and insights are the foundation of our commitment to excellence. Whether they have questions, suggestions, or simply want to share thoughts, our support team is here to listen and assist.
WeCare, Enecta's customer service is available from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, excluding holidays. Please note that response times may be extended up to 2 business days, depending on the time of year and workload. We appreciate your understanding and patience during peak periods.
To make the response to a question more effective and immediate, we suggest indicating in the subject of the email the order number for which assistance is requested and the reason for the contact.

PAYMENT METHODS
All payments are conducted securely thanks to our collaboration with our payment service providers, reliable companies in the field of online commercial transactions.
Enecta accepts payments via MasterCard or Visa: on the payment page, enter your credit card number, the expiration date, and the three-digit security code (CVC code) found on the back of the card. Upon receipt of the payment, we will immediately prepare your order.
If you are unable to pay via MasterCard or Visa, it is also possible to pay via bank transfer (also internet banking). In this case, after placing the order, you will receive our bank details to proceed with the payment.
To speed up the shipping process, send the bank transfer receipt to the email wecare@enecta.it, indicating the order number.

SHIPPING
We want to ensure the highest possible effectiveness in the delivery of our products: we process and ship all orders to the courier within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Orders are processed and shipped during office hours (Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, excluding holidays). If you order on Thursday or Friday, the shipment may be made on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Our shipments are made via express courier, with delivery times ranging between 48 and 72 hours.
