SECTION 16 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICIES
Right of withdrawal
Dear customer, we inform you that you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reasons, within 30 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement (providing us with your full name, geographic address, order number, and, if available, telephone and fax numbers, and email address).

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send us the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal, according to the methods described above, before the expiration of the withdrawal period and that you proceed to return the product for which the right of withdrawal is exercised within 14 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Satisfied or Refunded
The right of withdrawal can also be exercised on opened and/or partially used products, only once for each type of product, according to the same procedures provided for the exercise of the right of withdrawal and under the applicable conditions and those outlined below.
Withdrawal effects
Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised and our confirmation received, please return the goods or deliver them to Corantijnstraat 5 - Amsterdam - NL 1058DA without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.
Depending on your place of residence, the product return and refund times may vary due to delivery times.
In the case of shipments or returns with a total value exceeding €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or one that includes transport insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of the returned product when handled at your own care and expense.
Once we have received the returned product, we will send you a notification email to inform you that the returned item has been received.
After verifying the returned product, we will send you an additional notification email to inform you of the approval or rejection of the withdrawal request and the related refund.
In the event that the withdrawal request is accepted, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly requested that it be made with a different method.
In any case, you will not have to bear any cost as a result of such refund.
Gift cards are also refundable.
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, any payments you have made to us in connection with the relevant order will be refunded, including delivery costs for standard delivery. However, any additional delivery costs that may have been applied because you chose a different (and more expensive) type of delivery than the standard delivery we offer will not be refunded.
Furthermore, the delivery costs incurred for the return of the product, which will be borne by you, will not be refunded and/or will be your responsibility, as well as any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in accordance with legal provisions.
The refund will be made without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we have received the return of the related product.

SECTION 17 - TERMINATION
The obligations and responsibilities of the contracted parties prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this contract in all respects.
